Our careers have taken us from national commercials and global campaigns to magazine covers, Times Square billboards, television sets, and thousands of auditions that shaped not only our careers, but the women we became. But behind every booking were the moments no one saw: the rejection, the uncertainty, the expensive mistakes, and the countless times we questioned whether we truly belonged.Â
There was no roadmap, so we learned through experience, resilience, and a relentless commitment to never giving up on ourselves.
As our careers grew, we began mentoring aspiring models and actors, helping them find representation, build confidence, and book the jobs they once thought were out of reach. Watching those transformations reminded us that success shouldn't depend on luck, connections, or insider knowledge it should be available to anyone willing to learn. That's why we created Signed & Working: to give you the roadmap we wish we'd had when we were starting out.
This course isn't built on theory; it's built on years of real-world experience, honest lessons, practical strategies, and everything we've learned as working models and commercial actors. More than teaching you how to book jobs, our mission is to help you become someone who walks into every audition, casting, and opportunity knowing you already belong. Because talent may open the door, but preparation, authenticity, and confidence are what create a career and we're honored to help you become fully seen, fully prepared, and fully ready.
CAMILLE TEODORO
As a full-time mother of two, Camille Teodoro has spent more than a decade building a thriving career as a commercial actor, model, casting director, and entrepreneur, proving that it's possible to pursue your dreams while raising a family.
Over the years, Camille has booked countless commercials, working with some of the world's most recognizable brands including Apple, Google, McDonald's along with several other leading brands. She has also been featured in countless beauty, fashion, and lifestyle campaigns throughout her career.
With thousands of auditions under her belt, Camille knows firsthand what it takes to consistently book work and build a lasting career. One of her greatest joys has been sharing that journey with her children. After gaining experience with top youth representation and booking national commercials of their own, they now primarily join Camille on projects as a real family, allowing them to enjoy the industry while still embracing the joys of childhood.
In 2026, Camille founded Commercial Casting, giving her valuable perspective from both sides of the audition process as both talent and a casting director. She co-created Signed and Working to share the knowledge, strategies, and industry insight she wishes she had when she first started. Her mission is to help aspiring actors and models gain the confidence and skills to stand out, book consistently, and build fulfilling careers doing what they love.
Laticia Lee
I was only 5'7", and I was told I wasn't tall enough to make it in this industry but I refused to let someone else's limits become my reality. I grew up as a small-town girl with a big dream and trusted that faith, consistency, and purpose would open the right doors. Over the past 15 years, I've built a career as a professional print model and commercial actor, booking national campaigns for Campbell's Soup and Dunkin' Donuts, commercials for Mercedes-Benz and Ford, and seeing my face light up Times Square with Dunkin' Donuts and Hydrafacial. Every booking taught me that what's meant for you will never miss you.
But the greatest transformation wasn't my career it was discovering who I am beyond the camera. I learned that the most magnetic talent is someone who knows their values, owns their story, and walks into every room with authenticity.
